The Behance crew cooking an amazing dinner at The Culinary Loft in Soho.
Our superb menu included (along with some fantastic wines):
- Hors d’Oeuvres: Artisanal cheeses, olives, and breads
- Appetizer: Hand-made pappardelle with fresh garden herbs and cherry tomatoes
- Entrée: Fennel seed-roasted striped bass with roasted fennel, extra-virgin olive oil, and soft polenta
- Dessert: Vanilla bean panna cotta with sweetened balsamic reduction and raspberries
Special thanks to our chefs Ian Knauer and Brendan McDermott (along with the rest of the crew), who made sure we didn’t screw anything up too badly, all the while imparting a ton of great kitchen knowledge I’ll be sure to put to good use.
What a wonderful (and unexpected) evening with the co-workers… If you’re looking for a fun way to spend a meal with friends, I can’t recommend this more!
